Balkan Pasta with Meatballs
Necessary materials:
- 500 gr ravioli pasta,
- 350 g of minced lamb,
- 1 egg yolk,
- 1 tablespoon of meatball spring,
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 1 onion,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste,
- 25 g butter,
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
Preparation of
Knead finely chopped onion, garlic and parsley, spice, egg yolk, minced meat and form balls with a diameter of 3 cm. Fry the meatballs in olive oil heated in a shallow pan. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and chopped parsley that you cut into cubes and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Mix the pasta boiled for 10 -12 minutes with the melted butter and place it on the serving plates. Serve by adding the sauced meatballs you have prepared on it.
