Pasta with Cheese Sauce
Necessary materials:

- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter,
- 2 tablespoons of flour,
- 1 glass of water Milk,
- 1/4 cup water,
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese.
Preparation of
For sauce; Boil the pasta according to the recipe and drain it. For sauce; In a medium pot, fry the carrots, zucchini and mushrooms in oil. When the vegetables are soft, add the flour, then pour the milk and wait over medium heat until it thickens and bubbles, add the water, and when it reaches the boiling point, turn it off. Add the cheese and mix until it melts. Add salt and pepper as desired, and pour over pasta on separate plates or a large serving plate.
